1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them.
To cancel, email us at 📧 grievance@fabricfleeto.com with your order ID.
Once the fabric is cut, processed, or dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
Custom or tailored orders are non-cancellable.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Damaged, defective, or wrong item received.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear images.
Send your complaint to 📧 grievance@fabricfleeto.com with the subject: Refund Request – Order #[Order ID]
After verification, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Fabrics cut to order or customized items
Products purchased on clearance or during special sales
Delay caused due to natural events or courier issues
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges due to the customized nature of fabric orders. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before ordering.
5. Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will arrange pickup or share the return address.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
